Slow down.

Get clear.

Move forward.

I work with professional women who’ve done all the “right” things, but still feel restless, stuck, or dissatisfied.

From the outside, your life is successful.
But inside, something feels off, and you can’t quite put your finger on why.

If that’s you, it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you. You’re probably at a turning point.

The Clarity Clause

A weekly email helping successful women slow down, get clear, and move forward on their own terms.

When life looks fine… but doesn’t feel right

You might recognise yourself here:

  • Your mind never really switches off

  • You overthink everything, then feel stuck

  • You’re restless, but don’t know what you want instead

  • Work used to feel satisfying but now it just drains you

  • You tell people you’re “fine”, but inside you feel flat

  • You worry you’re wasting your potential

Nothing is wrong exactly, but something isn’t sitting right either.

That sense of restlessness isn’t a flaw. It’s often a sign that something in your life no longer fits who you are now.

Why “trying harder” isn’t helping

Most of the women I work with are very good at coping. You push on, stay capable and keep showing up.

You’ve probably tried some different things in the past - all the usual advice. Maybe it helps for a bit, but then the feeling comes back.

That’s because, superficial fixes don’t work when deeper patterns are still an influence.

A deeper way forward

My work isn’t about fixing you or pushing you into a drastic life overhaul. It’s about helping you understand yourself deeply enough to know what’s really going on and what you actually want now.

What changes when we work together?

Women I work with often move from:

  • Constant mental noise → a quieter, clearer head

  • Feeling restless → knowing what they want next

  • Second‑guessing everything → trusting their decisions

  • Feeling stuck → taking action that actually makes sense

  • Chasing success → creating a life that fits

My clients say:

“I finally understand what’s been bothering me.”

“I stopped doing what looked good and started doing what feels right.”

“I feel calmer and more confident about my choices.”

Not sure where to start?

If you’re still figuring out what this restlessness means for you, my weekly email might be a good start.

How we’ll work

(if you want support)

The Clarity Call

If something has resonated, this is where you start.

A free, unhurried conversation where you get to say the thing out loud, maybe for the first time.

We’ll explore what’s been going on, what you’re actually looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

No agenda. No pressure. Just an honest conversation that might be exactly what you need.

The Clarity Session

When something specific has been weighing on you but you can’t quite resolve it alone, sometimes what you need is one focused, honest conversation.

This session creates space for exactly that. We go beneath the surface of what’s been unsettling you, not to analyse it to death, but to find the thread that makes sense of it.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what this is really about, why it’s persisted, and a direction to move forward that feels like yours.

This session can be complete in itself. Some women use it as a standalone reset; others realise they want ongoing support. There’s no expectation either way.

Held confidentially, 90 minutes, online or in person, in the Liverpool area. £180.

The Clarity Package

If you’re standing at a crossroads the Clarity Package is for you. You've built a life that looks right from the outside. But somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling right on the inside. If you're carrying a restlessness you can't quite name, and you're tired of pretending you're not, this is where you finally get to figure out why, and what to do about it.

Through a series of conversations, I help you understand your inner experiences.

Arriving

We begin by slowing everything down. We take time for you to say the things you've been minimising; the quiet frustrations, the needs you've been talking yourself out of, the feelings you've been filing away as "not that big a deal". Here, you'll start to notice what's been feeling heavier than it used to, and gently untangle your own voice from the expectations you've spent so long trying to meet.

Seeing clearly

We look at your life as it is, without judgment. Together, we'll get clear on what really matters to you, not what should matter, but what genuinely does. You'll reconnect with what you're naturally good at, often the things so familiar to you that you've stopped seeing them as gifts. And you'll take an honest look at what you're continuing simply out of habit, making space to choose differently.

Listening deeper

This part is about noticing what you’ve been ignoring because it didn’t seem practical, or explainable. As things begin to shift, you'll notice what you're being drawn toward; the people, work, and ways of living that feel more like you. You'll find yourself less willing to tolerate what you once quietly accepted, and clearer about what you simply don't want to pretend about anymore.

Finding your direction (without the need for total reinvention)

Not everything needs to be overhauled at once. You'll get clearer on what needs to change now, what needs a little more time to unfold, and what might not need to change at all, because some things, it turns out, were never the problem.

Leaving changed

We close by bringing everything together.
You'll leave with a clearer sense of yourself; who you are, what you value, and what you're ready for next. You'll be able to look back at the actions you've taken and the results you've achieved, with a real appreciation for how far you've come. And you'll carry with you a set of tools you can return to if you ever find yourself at another crossroads.

We meet six times over two to three months, online or in person if in the Liverpool area. In between sessions I will be in touch via email to support you; asking you about your progress, sharing additional resources that may also be helpful and answering any of your questions along the way. Investment: £720.

About me

Hello, my name is

Jennie.

I’ve lived these moments myself.

Back then, If you'd told me that I'd have a wobble on my career path, I'd probably have laughed. But like many people, I found myself at a crossroads, uncertain about what step to take next. Was it me? Was it the job? The organisation? Or just where I was in my stage of life?

I was restless and didn’t really know which way to go. I’d done a few courses, explored some personal development opportunities but still the feeling remained. That's when I decided to give coaching a try, and honestly, it changed everything for me.

Working with a coach felt a bit daunting at first, but it quickly became one of the most enlightening experiences of my life. I realised that I’d settled on auto pilot. Through honest conversations and practical exercises, I started to understand my true values, see my strengths with fresh eyes and understand where I wanted to be.

I became more confident in the direction I was heading, knowing it was right for me, and I felt lighter, less restless, having gained that clarity and momentum.

If you’re feeling a bit lost or just curious about where you could go next, I’d absolutely recommend considering coaching. It’s a positive step, and it might just help you unlock the path that feels right for you. And ultimately help you to feel more fulfilled.

If you’re fed up with surface‑level fixes

  • You don’t need to stay put.

  • You don’t need a hack.

  • You don’t need to work harder.

You need space to think, someone to help you make sense of things, and support to move forward in a way that actually feels right. That’s what I do.
