I work with professional women who’ve done all the “right” things, but still feel restless, stuck, or dissatisfied.
From the outside, your life is successful.
But inside, something feels off, and you can’t quite put your finger on why.
If that’s you, it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you. You’re probably at a turning point.

You might recognise yourself here:
Your mind never really switches off
You overthink everything, then feel stuck
You’re restless, but don’t know what you want instead
Work used to feel satisfying but now it just drains you
You tell people you’re “fine”, but inside you feel flat
You worry you’re wasting your potential
Nothing is wrong exactly, but something isn’t sitting right either.
That sense of restlessness isn’t a flaw. It’s often a sign that something in your life no longer fits who you are now.
Most of the women I work with are very good at coping. You push on, stay capable and keep showing up.
You’ve probably tried some different things in the past - all the usual advice. Maybe it helps for a bit, but then the feeling comes back.
That’s because, superficial fixes don’t work when deeper patterns are still an influence.
My work isn’t about fixing you or pushing you into a drastic life overhaul. It’s about helping you understand yourself deeply enough to know what’s really going on and what you actually want now.
Women I work with often move from:
Constant mental noise → a quieter, clearer head
Feeling restless → knowing what they want next
Second‑guessing everything → trusting their decisions
Feeling stuck → taking action that actually makes sense
Chasing success → creating a life that fits
My clients say:

“I finally understand what’s been bothering me.”

“I stopped doing what looked good and started doing what feels right.”

“I feel calmer and more confident about my choices.”
If you’re still figuring out what this restlessness means for you
(if you want support)
If something here has struck a chord, a free Clarity Call is a calm, focused space to start to talk things through.
It’s a chance to:
Understand what’s really driving your restlessness
Get clear on what you need now
Decide whether working together feels like the right next step
No pressure. No fixing. Just a conversation.

This is confidential space for you to explore a specific issue that has been contributing towards that feeling of restlessness. You’ll gain perspective on this issue and start to design your way forward with greater clarity.
This session can be complete in itself. Some women use it as a standalone reset; others realise they want ongoing support. There’s no expectation either way.
Time: Single 90-minute session
Cost: £180
How: Zoom call or in person when located in the Liverpool area.
If you’re standing at a crossroads the Clarity Package is for you. It’s a confidential space to slow down and deeply understand your restlessness so you don’t continue to feel like you have.
Through a series of conversations, I help you understand your inner experiences.
We begin by slowing everything down. We take time to:
Say what you’ve been minimising
Notice what feels heavier than it used to
Separate your own voice from expectations you’ve been meeting
We look at your life as it is, without judgment. We notice:
What really matters
What you’re naturally good at
What you’re continuing out of habit
This part is about noticing what you’ve been ignoring because it didn’t seem practical, or explainable.
We pay attention to:
What you’re drawn toward
What you’re less willing to tolerate
What you don’t want to pretend about anymore
Clarity doesn’t mean making big moves. Often, it means understanding what kind of movement is actually needed. Together, we explore:
What needs to change now
What needs more time
What might never need to change at all
We close by bringing everything together. You will leave with:
A clearer sense of yourself
A look back at actions taken and results achieved
Tools you can draw upon in the future if you find yourself at another crossroads
Time: PACKAGE - Six 60-minute conversations, over 2-3 months.
Cost: £720. Payment plans upon request.
How: Zoom call or in person when located in the Liverpool area.
Support: In between sessions I will be in touch via email to support you; asking you about your progress, sharing additional resources that may also be helpful and answering any of your questions along the way.

Hello, my name is
Jennie.
I’ve lived these moments myself.
Back then, If you'd told me that I'd have a wobble on my career path, I'd probably have laughed. But like many people, I found myself at a crossroads, uncertain about what step to take next. Was it me? Was it the job? The organisation? Or just where I was in my stage of life?
I was restless and didn’t really know which way to go. I’d done a few courses, explored some personal development opportunities but still the feeling remained. That's when I decided to give coaching a try, and honestly, it changed everything for me.
Working with a coach felt a bit daunting at first, but it quickly became one of the most enlightening experiences of my life. I realised that I’d settled on auto pilot. Through honest conversations and practical exercises, I started to understand my true values, see my strengths with fresh eyes and understand where I wanted to be.
I became more confident in the direction I was heading, knowing it was right for me, and I felt lighter, less restless, having gained that clarity and momentum.
If you’re feeling a bit lost or just curious about where you could go next, I’d absolutely recommend considering coaching. It’s a positive step, and it might just help you unlock the path that feels right for you. And ultimately help you to feel more fulfilled.
If you’re fed up with surface‑level fixes
You don’t need to stay put.
You don’t need a hack.
You don’t need to work harder.
You need space to think, someone to help you make sense of things, and support to move forward in a way that actually feels right. That’s what I do.
